This cross country camp will prepare all athletes for the upcoming fall cross country season.  We will incorporate a variety of running workouts and locations, as well as stretching and strength training.  Each athlete will receive workouts tailored to their experience level, and we will be able to measure improvement throughout the summer. Athletic trainers will be available.

Camp will be held three days per week on Tuesdays, Fridays, and one additional "flex" day per week. The "flex" day will be emailed to each camp participant in advance of the week. This allows for better scheduling of workouts around weather forecasts and popular summer race dates.

Training plans will include workouts for 6-7 days per week for athletes who wish to continue running voluntarily on non-camp days. Running on non-camp dates is not required.
